采用生物指示剂对臭氧消毒效果探讨摘 要臭氧消毒灭菌技术以其消毒效果好、使用方便、对作业人员和作业场所没有危害,现在为制药行业广泛采用,主要用于在十万级条件下臭氧对环境的消毒、灭菌。在微生物挑战性实验中,传统的检验臭氧消毒效果是用枯草芽孢杆菌来检测,但实验证明枯草芽孢杆菌作为检测的指示剂存在着较多的缺点,其杀菌率达不到微生物挑战性实验的标准要求。为提高检测的灵敏度,本实验分别考察以金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌作为微生物指示剂,在不同的臭氧消毒时间、臭氧浓度、温度和湿度等条件下,环境中的菌体残留量来检测杀菌效果。实验数据表明金黄色葡萄球菌在消毒时间为2小时,臭氧浓度在10-15ppm之间,温度在18-26℃,湿度在60%时,其检测效果比枯草芽孢杆菌灵敏,因此可选用金黄色葡萄球菌对臭氧消毒后的环境进行检测。关键词: 生物指示剂 臭氧 消毒The use of biological indicator of ozone disinfection AbstractOzone disinfection and sterilization technology for its effective, easy to use, for operators and workplaces no danger, now widely used for the pharmaceutical industry, mainly for the one hundred thousand grade on the environment under the conditions of ozone disinfection, sterilization. To improve detection sensitivity, were investigated in this experiment in order to Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis as an indicator micro-organisms, at different time of the ozone disinfection, ozone concentration, temperature and humidity conditions, the environment to detect the amount of biomass residues bactericidal effect. Experimental data show that the disinfection of Staphylococcus aureus in time is 2 hours, the ozone concentration in the 10-15ppm between the temperature of 18-26 ℃, humidity between 60 ~ 65%, its detection sensitivity better than Bacillus subtilis, it Staphylococcus aureus can be selected after ozone disinfection of environmental testing. Key words: aureus subtilis; ozone; microbial challenge test
